ONE TO ONE YOGA SESSION

During this session will focus on linking breath to movement through a creative flowing sequence. Hands-on adjustments and alignment queues are offered. Private yoga seasons are the best way to deepen your practice, work on mobility, flexibility, and strength, as well as get out of your head and into your body!
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class for a refund and so we can submit those to class on the waiting list. If you cancel within 12 hour window a refund will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding and we can wait to see you in class!
