BARRE AT HOME!

Join me for a fast-paced, energetic barre workout! Barre class is all about lengthening the muscles and leaning the body though dancer inspired movements. Expect to feel the burn with dedicated arm, core, thigh, and booty focused sections. We will always end class with a well-deserved stretch! You will leave this class feeling strong, long, and energized! Grab a mat and a set of light weights (1-3 lbs). If you don't have weights, you could use cans or water bottles. A bar stool, chair, dresser, or wall is often used in place of a ballet barre.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class for a refund and so we can submit those to class on the waiting list. If you cancel within 12 hour window a refund will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding and we can wait to see you in class!
