HI all, Happy Monday!
This morning I felt the first signs of Autumn coming with the chrisp chilly morning air and the dusting of colored leaves on the ground. It's the beginning of another school year which always feels like a fresh start this is a great time to set new goals. Summer often feels a bit chaotic, when autumn rolls around I love to embrace the return to my schedule, this includes getting myself back to fitness classes! My goal is to make more time to attend yoga class. I went to a yoga class last week or the first time in 4 months. After class I remembered just what I was missing, i'm looking forward to getting back on the mat more often!
